Yoga & Brunch

Start your weekend with a restoring and energizing Yoga & Brunch experience at Third Place in Stockholm—a space for movement, connection, and nourishment.

We’ll begin with a 75-minute yoga class designed to both recharge and restore your body and mind. Through a combination of flowing movements and deep relaxation, this session will help you release tension, boost your energy, and cultivate a sense of inner balance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you'll leave feeling both refreshed and grounded.

After class, we’ll gather around a wholesome brunch, featuring nourishing, seasonal dishes. This is a time to slow down, savor good food, and connect with like-minded people in a warm and welcoming community.

Location: Third Place, Rödabergsgatan 11 Stockholm
Dates: 27 April & 11 May
Time: 9:00-10:15 and brunch afterwards
Yoga: 75-minute class to energize & restore, open to all levels
Brunch: Nourishing, delicious meal included
